Too oily, can't spread on my face

I specifically asked about this scrub before ordering it and was assured it was like a paste. It's all oil. I don't like oil on my face. Had to use my Aeromatherapy to get it off which is what I'm looking to replace since bath n body works stopped making. Very disappointed and $28 wasted.
