Not much oil in the container

My first shipment, the oil from the scrub leaked in the packaging. The jar was in the box with "foam peanuts" and the jar was not sealed. I called and I received a replacement. The 2nd shipment, the jar was wrapped with some plastic wrap and then packaged with the "foam peanuts". The oil had leaked a little in the plastic wrap, but not all over the box. When I opened the jar, I was expecting the scrub to look & feel moist with the oil, but this was not the case. It did not look at all like the video on the website. I think I will stick to just the bars of soap. I appreciate the quick response after my first shipment to send a replacement. I will see about a refund.
